TrackScan-P42 3D system delivers instant scanning without markers, thanks to an intelligent optical tracking measurement. In this way, it is greatly improving work efficiency and decreasing costs. Ultra-fast scanning rate of 1,900,000 measurements/s and smooth experience is possible thanks to the enabled 17 crossed blue laser lines. A single blue laser line aims to fast obtain 3D data of deep holes and dead angle positions. It can easily capture 3D data for shiny and black surfaces, and it also has a strong anti-interference capability of environment, vibrations and thermal variations.

Ultra-fast scanning rate of 1,900,000 measurements/s and smooth experience is enabled by 17 crossed blue laser lines. Detail capturing is possible thanks to the 7 parallel blue laser lines, which works for detail capturing.

TrackScan-P42 3D system delivers instant scanning without markers due to intelligent optical tracking measurement. The working efficiency is greatly improved and the costs are decreased.

Shiny and black surfaces are not a problem for TrackScan-P42. 3D data can be easily captured.

The following characteristics are also available for this 3D scanner: it has strong anti-interface capability of environment, vibrations and thermal vibrations.

With a maintained accuracy the measuring range is dynamically extended by adjusting the positions of E-Track.

For getting precise 3D data of holes and hidden points, a wireless portable CMM was designed. It has a high single point repeatability of 0.030 mm.

TrackScan-P42 3D scanner is made from aerospace-grade carbon fiber materials, sturdy and durable.
