Clemex Contaminants is an accurate and efficient solution, which was designed to analyze contamination on various sample types in accordance with industry standards. Precise and meaningful results can be obtained as fast as 2 minutes, by automating the measurement and classification of particles. The lab's reporting tasks are simplified and the traceability is increased.
This software has been designed and tested for use with the most commonly deployed standards in the hydraulics, automotive and aerospace industries.
Multi filter aggregation
In a single run, can be analyzed up to 3 filters of different mesh size, with aggregated results which can be exported in a single pdf report.
Accurate detection
It has high accuracy in detecting fibers, metallic and non-metallic particles. To samples that contain objects which are difficult to identify, such as faint fibers or shiny metal on mesh filters, artificial intelligence is applied.
