PRESSLAM®1.1 is productive, easy-to-use, automatic hot mounting press, which will allow you to achive high production levels. The graphic interface guides you intuitively through the different settings. Via the machine's USB port it is also possible to transfer predefined hot mounting parameters. During the hot mounting cycle all phases are visible on the screen and can be modofied at any time. 4 pressurisation modes are available, along with a function reducing the amount of water used for cooling and each function can be adjusted separately.
Once put in service it runs a pre-heating cycle that is cleared after 6 minutes without intervention. When the safety cover is located in its intermediary position it is possible, after the mounting cycle, the expulsion of the sample.
The mounting chamber can be changed without any tools, nor electric or hydraulic connections. To change the complete heating unit, it takes a few minutes.
