The CUTLAM®4.0 is designed for manufacturing companies with high standards. It is a high-quality and reliable equipment for heavy-duty use with a great cutting capacity. It has an integrated recirculation/decanter tank.
The vertical descent of the wheel can be controlled automatically or manually (using a joystick). 240 mm is the maximum cutting descent. It is fitted with a powerful 5.5 kW motor, adapted for intensive use on heavy components. The feed speed is adjustable and the wheel's speed is adjustable from 1000 to 4000 rpm. Available cutting modes are the following two: sequential automatic with adjustable frequency or continuous.
After each operation an end of cycle sensor shuts off the machine and automatically raises the wheel. Easy loading of heavy or bulky parts is guaranteed by the 3 sides cover opening clears.
Optimum cooling for high-quality cuts and consistent results is ensured by the multi-point hose over the wheel and part.
The work area is illuminated by an adjustable spotlight - in standard configuration, and an external shower head is provided for cleaning the cutting area.
